Frank Albiero passed away on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at the age of 75 years.

He was born on Sept. 10, 1938, to Frank and Ida (nee Bagnara) Albiero. Born and raised in Crystal Falls, Mich., he attended Forest Park High School. Frank also attended University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was a member of the Army National Guard.

Frank later served his plumbing apprenticeship in Milwaukee eventually becoming a master plumber. He went on to establish Albiero Plumbing in 1967 and was a member of the plumbing trade for 41 years. He was a part of many building projects in the West Bend area.

In his free time, Frank enjoyed being involved in construction projects, tennis, golf and playing cards. He loved spending his winters in Arizona. Frank was also very active in the community as a part of the West Bend Little League Organization and the Rotary Club of West Bend where he received the Paul Harris award. He was also instrumental in the operational set-up of Seafood Fest.

Frank is survived by his wife Judi; children Michael (Cheryl) Albiero, David Albiero, Tami (Steve) Lache, Kelly (Ken) Kraemer and Gina (Ed) Duquaine; and grandchildren Brandon (Danielle) Kohn and their daughter Nina, Cloe (Chris) Tousey, Kayla, Kassie and Kennedy Kraemer, Nick, Nathan and Spenser Lache, Ali, Brooke and AJ Duquaine, and Luke, Brock, Brieann and McKensie Albiero, and his former wife Dorothy. He is further survived by his stepchildren Cindy (Gary) Knoeck, Robyn (Larry) Rew and Robert L. Granger; and step-grandchildren Tanner (Lisa) Granger-Beck, Andrew Beck, Jamie Beck, Mark Kannenberg, Bret Morgan and Alex Meredig; sisters-in-law Gen Albiero, Geri Albiero and Bonnie (Wayne) Vyvyan; brother-in-law Dean Rosinsky; step-father-in-law Richard Schmidt; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Angelo and Victor Albiero, and sister Mary Corbett.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for Frank will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 1025 S. Seventh Ave. in West Bend with the Rev. Nathan Reesman presiding. Visitation will be at the church from 3-5:45 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014. Inurnment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park at a later date.

Frank was a very important person to many people being a mentor to business associates and families. Keeping with Frank's favorite expression — "Keep smiling."
