She was the daughter of Robert W. Connelly and Mary "Polly" McRee.

She was married to Noah Taylor Robinette who she married 5 Jun 1887 in Iredell County NC. Their marriage record shows bride age 15 and groom age 19.

There are discrepancies in record regarding Lavina Croline's correct year of birth.

She is shown in her parents' family Bible as being born 28 Nov 1872 and that date was written in her mother's own hand.

Some later records (including her death certificate and headstone) on Lavina Caroline show a year of birth as early as 1870.

Lavina Carolina married 5 Jun 1887 and that record shows her at age 15 which indicates at date of birth in Nov 1871.

For the sake of accuracy, I agree with her mother's entry into the family Bible on 1872. She may have given her age as 15 when she married purposely to make herself older. Family lore was that she married at age 14 and had her first child at age 15. No explanation on the date of 1870 being used.
