Twin daughter born November 2, 1901 to Rosa Ford Hood and Henry Alonzo Hood of Northern Mississippi. Passed from this life January 22, 1993. She was a bright, gracious, elegant lady with quiet strength and a zest for life. She will be missed by her family and friends who include; Marie Kraft and Lewis Kraft; Rose Bissonnette and Dr. Gerald Bissonette; Prof. John E. Seiler and Joanne; Darlene Verhey and Dr. Joseph Verhey; Marcella Wilson and Colonel William Wilson; Dr. George Seiler and Sara; and 10 granchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Cummingham was a proud member of O. E. S., Daylight Chapter, Order of Amoranth, Rebekah Lodge, Daughter of the Nile, V. F. W., Auxillary, Past Presidents Assembly and Forum, Sanford Guild of Seattle Childrens Home, Grovesnor House Guild of Childrens Hospital. She either chaired or was active in all of them doing her charity work in this manner. She was also a member of Womans Century Club, Swedish Club and Washington Athletic Club.
Visition Sunday, 5:00 p. m., Funeral Service for family and friends will be Monday, January 25 at 3:30 p. m. at BUTTERWORTH-MANNING-ASHMORE, 300 East Pine near Boren, 622-0949
