"Ruthanna Davison, 83, Savannah, Mo., died Wednesday, March 19, 2003, in a St Joseph hospital.
Ruthanna was born November 27, 1919, in Savannah, where she was a lifelong resident. She had driven a school bus for 28 years with the Savannah R-3 School District. She also was active with the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and delivered Meals on Wheels.
Ruthanna was a member of the First Christian Church in Savannah, where she had attended for over 60 years. Other memberships include the Hackberry Extension Club and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a former member of the Fillmore, Mo., Saddle Club and the Amazonia Lions Club.
On June 23, 1940, she married Robert Davison, who preceded her in death in 1993. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Frank and Anna (Lisle) Miller; one brother, Robert Miller; and a half-brother, Francis Miller.
Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Georgia and David Shreve; brother and sister-in-law, Covel and Lola Miller; sister-in-law, Charlene Davison, all of Savannah; and several nieces and nephews.
