YORK, REV. WILLIAM E.
The Rev. William E. York, an esteemed member of the Central New York M. E. Conference, and pastor of the church at Stockbridge, Madison county, died at Stockbridge on Saturday, aged 55 years. Mr. York was a preacher for more than 30 years and was well known throughout the Conference and else where as a most faithful minister of the Gospel. The funeral was held today, Presiding Elder Shove officiating.
