Franklin T. Sloniker, 67, died at 4:40 p.m. Sunday at the Huntington County Hospital where he had undergone an emergency operation for appendicitis last Wednesday. Mr. Sloniker was born February 9, 1873, in Delaware County, Indiana, to Hamilton and Catherine Yohey Sloniker, and was married to Miss Viola Fine, who survives. Children are Mrs. Ralph Hare, Fort Wayne, Mrs. Cleatus Lahr, near Huntington, and Franklin Sloniker, Wabash, Ind. Mrs. John McNeil of Warren is a sister and Joseph Sloniker, Waynedale, a brother. Mr. Sloniker was a member of the Baptist church at Warren for some years. Funeral services are expected to be held Wednesday, either at the Methodist church or the residence, with the Rev. V. O.
