Mother of Lawrence Bier of Niskayuna, Ellen Steinfeld of Buffalo and Sally DiDonna of Scotia. Sister of Morris Rudin of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Rebecca Fineberg of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by seven grandchildren. Interment will be in the Agudat Achim Cemetery, Rotterdam.

Mrs. Ada Bier, 67, of Pine Ridge Court, Niskayuna, died yesterday at her home after a long illness. Mrs. Bier formerly resided on Baker Avenue in Schenectady. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. and was a Schenectady resident for more than 30 years. She was a member of Congregation Agudat Achim in Schenectady and was a former president of the congregation sisterhood. She was a member of the senior Hadassah in Schenectady. She was active in volunteer work.
She is survived by a son, Laurence Bier, of Niskayuna; two daughters, Ellen Steinfeld of Buffalo and Sally DeDonna of Scotia; a brother, Morris Rudin, of Pittsburgh, a sister, Rebecca Fineburg, also of Pittsburgh; and seven grandchildren. Burial will be in the Agudat Achim Cemetery, Rotterdam.
