Buck Boatright, an old and once prominent citizen of Saline County, died at his home in Harrisburg, Saturday, November 2nd. Mr. Boatright was a member of one of the oldest families in the county and for years lived in Brushy Township and carried on farming. During his residence in Brushy Township he filled the office of Constable and was one time deputy sheriff of the county. Buck, as he was called, was one of the most generous men, in fact too generous for his own financial welfare. For the past several years he has made his home in Harrisburg and was engaged in selling life insurance.
