Teddy immigrated from England to Ontario in 1914 with his wife Kitty and his brother-in-law George Smedley. Parent of Marguerite Mary "Peggy" (Mrs George McIntyre) and Jeanne Louise Elizabeth (Mrs William FitzPatrick). Son of John Elsham and Sarah Ann Phillipson both of England.
