Harry Brockman Sr., 76, Meadowbrook Drive, Campbellsville, son of the late George Alfred Brockman and Josephine Pollard Brockman, was born in Adair County Aug. 14, 1909. He died at 4:05 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, 1986, at the Taylor County Hospital in Campbellsville after an illness. He was a member of the Pollard's Chapel United Methodist Church in Adair County. He was a retired farmer and a retired employee of the Taylor County Board of Education. He united in marriage to Nancy Curry Feb. 18, 1929. To this union three daughters and four sons were born: Ethel Pollard, Columbia, Julia Rogers, Campbellsville, Jean Corbin, Ramsey, Ind., Hollis Brockman, Joe Brockman, Jimmie Brockman and Jesse Brockman, all of Campbellsville. Besides his wife and children, he is survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 14, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by the Rev. William R. Beard and the Rev. Gene Hall. Burial was in the Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Frank Rice, James Earl Smith, Douglas White, James E. DeWitt, James R.
