Isaac Parker, brother of Mrs. John W. Carpenter of this city and Miss Mathilda Parker, died at his home in Chicago on Friday after an illness of two years with diabetes. Mr. Parker formerly resided in this city where he was a prominent business man, being in partnership with the late Guy Carter in the livery business. He was 63 years of age last August and was a loyal member of the Grand Army of the Republic.
