Michael McCue, for many years a well known resident of the town of Martinsburg, died last Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Arthur Quilty, State street. Mr. McCue had resided on the same farm in Martinsburg for 48 years and when
Mr. and Mrs. Quilty removed to Lowville for the winter Mr. McCue came with them. He was born in the town of Denmark, April 5, 1848, son of the late Michael and Anna Quinn McCue, the family removing to Martinsburg when he was a boy. He leaves a sister Anna Pierce, one son, Melvin McCue, and a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Quilty, Lowville. His wife, Libbie McConnell, died several years ago. burial will bein Rural cemetery Lowville.
