VINCENT, Thelma Skaggs, 66, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Hosparus Inpatient Unit.

Thelma was born to the late John Paul and Laura Virginia Embry Skaggs in Battletown, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Zion United Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death, other than her parents, was her husband, Archie, Leon Vincent and a brother, Eugene Skaggs.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her children, Kim Tilford (Charles), Gregory Vincent and Timothy Vincent (Kathy); a brother, Ray Skaggs (Julie), and eight grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow her service in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2 – 8 P.M. Monday and 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
