She is survived by her husband, John Paul Skaggs; a son, Harold Ray Skaggs; a daughter, Thelma Vincent; two sisters, Dorothy Brown of Brandenburg and Hazel Rice; two brothers, Paul David Embrey of Battletown and Donald Embrey of Garrett.
