Leon Eugene Balfour, 87, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2013. Leon retired from the United States Air Force and is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Wanda; Children, Bruce (Donita) and Sherri (Robert) Hillebrand; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Visitation will be Monday, December 30, 2013 at St. John Lutheran Church from 10 AM until the time of Service at 11 AM. Burial at St. John Cemetery.
