Annette was twice married, surviving is her first husband Frederick Chew Sr., that marriage ended in a divorce. Also surviving is her second husband Willis Reynolds Eastright Sr.

Survived by three sons and one daughter. Frederick Chew Jr., born on October 18, 1934, Gary Chew, born on February 3, 1938, Michael Chew, born on August 29, 1940, and Jeanne Chew, born on November 12, 1954. She was also survived by her six step-children, Willis Eastright Jr., Barbara Eastright Zieger, Warren Eastright, Patricia Eastright Edmondson Mary Eastright Ball and Ellen Eastright Wooster.

Annette is buried in a urn, with her mother Clara.
