Willis Reynolds "Bill" Eastright Sr., 81, a ticket receipt supervisor who retired in 1975 after more than 35 years with the Pennsylvania Railroad, died from cancer on March 14, 1996 at Anne Arundel County Medical Center.

Bill, a resident of Epping Forest, Md., lived in the Washington area since 1953. He was born in Rahway, N.J. He attended Temple University and was a graduate of West Chester University in Pennsylvania.

He volunteered with the American Red Cross disaster team in Anne Arundel County and Sarah's House shelter at Fort Meade. He was a member of the Epping Forest Bowling League.

His first marriage was to Kathryn Alice MacLardy, March 20, 1937 - 1960.
His second marriage was to Annette Margaret Trott Chew who preceded him in death, Dec. 12, 1959 - 1992.

He had six children from his first marriage: Willis R. Eastright Jr. of Audubon, N.J., Barbara Zieger-Finch of New Jersey, Warren Herman Eastright of Irving, Tx., Patricia Edmondson of Easton, Md., Mary Ball of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Ellen Wooster of Annapolis, Md; four stepchildren, Frederick D. Chew Jr. of Stevensville, Md., David Gary Chew of Morristown, N.J., Michael G. Chew of Washington and Jeanne Slebzak of Annapolis, Maryland; 27 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
