She was born in Coalville, Utah to Elliottt and Blanche Crittenden.

On January 7, 1946 she married Ren Nix Wilde in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died July 19, 1997.

Surviving are her children, one son and three daughters, David Elliot (Debbie) Wilde, Coalville; Rita (Ted) Holtry, Farr West; Wendy Kay (John) Vickers, Magna; Elaine (Mike) Willis, Murray; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Helen Judd and Carol Hobson both of Coalville.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents and brother, Rex.
