Services for Ples Beaver, 64, of Center Point, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Grimes-Plummer Funeral Chapels with Rev. Wes Weston officiating. Burial was in the Garden of Memories. He died Saturday in the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Hunt May 28, 1914 and was a member of the Country Community Church.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Stanley Beaver of Kerrville, Philip Beaver of Austin and Glenn Beaver of Fredericksburg; two daughters, Mrs. Laverne Curtis of Center Point and Mrs. Della Crawford of Brownwood; a brother, Bernis Beaver of Kerrville; two sisters, Mrs. Eula Colbath of Ingram and Mrs. Pearl Sparks of Pecos and 17 grandchildren.
