He was born June 27, 1967 in Calexico, CA.
Visitation will be held at Hems Brothers Mortuary in Calexico on Tuesday, April 27 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Services will commence at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 28 at Sendero De La Cruz at 711 Andrade Ave. in Calexico. Caezar will be laid to rest at Mountaim View Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his brother,
Julio Dilan (1975).
Caezar is survived by his daughter Joanna Dilan; mother Joanna Lopez; sisters, Norma and Leticia; and brothers, Valentin, Jose, and Felipe.
