Professional Basketball Player. He was the first Spanish basketball player in the NBA. He began his career in 1978 with the Estudiantes team. Later, in 1981, he debuted in the National Selection of basketball. The next year, he joined Real Madrid, where he developed the rest of his career. In 1986, he played in the NBA with the Blazers, but in 1987, he returned to Spain, and he continued his work in Real Madrid. Sadly, he died in a car accident. After his death, on Spanish Selection, his number "10" was retired.
