2. Francis, married Palmer.
3. Pamela, married Edmund Everett.
4. Elizabeth, married Darby aud had one daughter
who was adopted by Pamela.
5. Josephine, single.
6. Mary, married Dr. John Fairfax, now living in Montgomery
County, Maryland . He is the present Lord Fairfax of
England, although he has never assumed the title.
7. Edmund, entered the Army and was mortally wounded
at the battle of Chancellorsville, and made Brigadier General on his death-bed. promoted by Lincoln himself.
