WILLARD D. (BILL) KIGAR

Willard D. (Bill) Kigar, 62, of Gladwin, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1998 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin after a long illness.

Born in Gladwin, he lived here most of his life.

He worked on the assembly line for Fisher Body #2 in Flint, retiring in 1981.

Surviving are one daughter, Mary and husband Michael Kigar of New Caney, Texas; one son, Ryan and wife Tina of Traverse City; four sisters, Jeanie Engel of Beverly Hills, Calif., Donna Lee Costanzo of Oakridge, Tenn., Mary Jo Hillman of Gladwin, and Jan Hill of Holland; two granddaughters, Rachel and Emily Kigar. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Ethel Kigar.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chapel with Rev. Dr. Deane Wyllys officiating. Burial was in Highland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or Pardee Cancer Fund. Gladwin County Record dated 2-4/1998
