Mrs. Minnie Krieg passed away at the home of her son, L. D. Krieg, in this city Sunday evening after an illness of several months. Mrs. Krieg had been up and around her home as usual until Thursday, when she suffered a severe heart attack and from which she never recovered. She was brought to the home of her son in this city Thursday evening, where everything possible was done for her comfort, but all to no avail.

She leaves to mourn her passing three sons, L. D. Krieg of this city, Ed. Krieg of Dubuque, and Orlando Krieg of near Littleport. The sympathy of the community goes out to the bereaved family in their sorrow.
