My Aunt Barb was gourment chef, a little of this, a little of that and you had meal fit for a king and the court. At Christmas time, her almond lace cookies were the very best.
She love to knit, spinning her own wool for her knitting needles to create a beautiful afghan or baby blanket, sweater or warm toasty mittens. She was my Godmother and I was Laurie lolli-pop. Favorite memories are Christmas at the farm in Oak Grove, dogs all barking, eating quick snack and going down to feed the horses and then dinner and dessert. I miss you. Love, Laurie
