The deed states the crypt is owned by the "Heirs of Dowse or Nicholson". I've labeled the tomb "Dowse" based on this alone. Further research is needed.

The plaque would normally be attached to the top of the crypt, but it is missing. There is therefore no inscription to be transcribed.
