241374 Private Edward Attwood served with the 1st/4th Bn: Yorkshire and Lancashire Regiment.
At the time of the 1911 Census he reisided with his family in 22 Greasbro Rd Rotheram,and registered as attending school. He then enlisted into the Army in the great war and is registered of dying of wounds on Thursday 18th of October 1917 in in West Viaanderen Belgium.

He was the son of Henry and Selina Attwood, and brother of Bombardier William Henry Attwood, Ann Attwood,George Henry Attwood, Arthur Attwood, and Lucy Attwood.
