Norma Bagley Harrington of Camden, SC passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2013. She was born to Leona Woolard Bagley and John Bagley Sr. on January 19, 1925 in Raleigh, NC. A memorial service Wednesday, December 4 in the Camden Chapel of Kornegay Funeral Home will take place at 2:00 PM. Visitation with the family will follow. After her high school graduation, Norma went to Peace College in Raleigh. She entered the banking industry and then later married. She is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Alex Harrington Jr. They celebrated a marriage of over 60 years. Norma enjoyed traveling, ocean cruises, trips to the coast, and playing bridge with her friends. She was a lover of all animals and cherished her pet Pomeranian dog, Candy. She enjoyed volunteer work and spent many years with the Kershaw Hospital gift shop. Norma was an active member of the Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church. She is survived by her sons: Thomas Alex Harrington III of Harrisburg, NC, John Bagley Harrington of Camden, SC, and son and daughter-in-law. Gregory Charles Harrington and Gail Burch Harrington of Rock Hill; grandchildren Brooke Alexa and Gregory Charles "Chase" Harrington Jr. of Rock Hill, SC.
