A Special Friend: Roberta F. (Bobbi) Jenkins.

Remembering a friend: Best buddy a man could ever have. He is missed. MSG Bill Parker (Ret) and Carl came home with my brother Bill in April of 1965. We became fast friends. He was a crazy fun person and had a beautiful heart. The medic training he had and his dedication to healing made him a very special person in our lives. Such a waste for all young people in any of the wars to be gone from us. Such evil people to want to take our loved ones and freedom from any of us in the world. Anita Kaye Parker Bramlette and Billy Parker, Friends.

He is the Son of Mr Carl Ross Harbin Sr and Mrs Ruth Harbin of 600 South Cambridge Street, Cambridge, Ohio.

Sp4 Carl Ross Harbin Jr served as a Specialist Four wit Detachment A-102, (TIEN PHUOC), 5th Special Forces Group, USARV.

He was awarded The Combat Medical Badge(CMB), The Purple Heart Medal for his combat wounds, The National Defense Service Medal, The Vietnam Service Medal, The Vietnam Campaign Medal and The Vietnamese Gallantry Cross Unit Citation.
