Mrs. Virginia Herndon Vicks of 8014 River Road, South Boston, VA passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Hampton, VA on August 12, 1955 and was 58 years old. She was the daughter of the late Rev. Thomas O. Herndon and Virginia Davis Herndon and was married to James David Vicks who survives. She was a member of Aarons Creek Baptist Church.
