"Thurston Winfield Lawson, 86, of Rt. 3, Harrisonburg died on Monday morning (December 5) at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Mr. Lawson had not been well nine months and had been at the Bridgewater home for the Aging since June.
He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Lawson of Rockingham County. He was a farmer and a member of Fellowship Methodist Church.
Mr. Lawson was twice married. His first wife, the former Tracy Glover, died a number of years ago, and his second wife, the former, Alice Mitchell, died July 27 of this year."
