  Troy, IL--Mrs. Clara B. Gerstenecker, 69-year-old resident of this vicinity died Monday, April 5, at 6:35 p.m. at St. Joseph hospital in Highland.
  She was born Nov. 15, 1884, in Murphysboro, Ill., the daughter of the late James and Fanny Thorpe Boston. She was united in marriage to George Gerstenecker on Oct. 24, 1908.
  Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Methodist church with the Rev. D.R. Flemming officiating. Interment was in Friedens cemetery.
  She is survived by her husband, three daughters, Miss Beulah, who resides at home, Mrs. Helen Siefferman of Troy and Mrs. Merle Triska of Belleville; one son, James Gerstenecker of Troy; one brother, David Boston; four sisters, Mrs. Creat Hanke of Troy, Mrs. Walter Adkisson, Mrs. Glenn Carpenter and Mrs. Fannie Weidner, all of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, Dean Siefferman, Jana and Kay Gerstenecker and Tommy Triska; also a number of nieces and nephews.
  She was a member of the Mt. Zion Methodist church and of the Women's Society of Christian Service of the Troy Methodist church.
