Niels Christian "Kristian" Andresen was a boy who died of typhoid fever about age 13.

When I put out the photo claim for Kristian Andresen, I received a follow-up e-mail from a long-time photographer of Springwell. Those cemetery records were a little sketchy around those years, with graves being switched from plot to plot WITHIN Springwell. Apparently Kristian was a boy who died of typhoid fever about age 13. Sadly the records list two plots and seemingly two names.

I also have several hand-written documents from some aunts who passed away several years ago. That was my starting point for my genealogy hunt. As for this little boy, my information had his name as N. Christian Andresen. He died of typhoid fever as a young teen. When I printed out a list of the Andresens who are buried in Springwell Cemetery, I noticed someone name Kristian -- actually it looks as though he has two plots, not sure why or if that is accurate. My father was Theodore Andresen, son of Theodore Andresen who is also buried at Springwell after his death in 1917 -- 8 days before my father was born.
