He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Myrtle Stinson.
Survived by sons, Jimmy (Rene) Stinson of Nashville, TN and Ray (Kathy) Stinson of Nashville, TN; daughters, Phyllis (Michael Conner) Shelton of Nashville, TN and Patricia Gifford of Nashville, TN; brothers, Sammy Stinson and Archie Stinson; seven grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00PM Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Beard Cemetery, Jim Taylor officiating. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
