12th child: Thomas Daniel Hinton is son of Daniel Ferdinand Darius Hinton & Francis McNulty "Fanny" Rowe - Hinton

Tom & his wife, Nora have 5 sons: Glenn Loren, Wayne Clifford, Harley Thomas, Leslie Owen & Ora Allison.

Note: The children of Darius & Fanny were born & raised in Newcomb Twp, which is located north of Mahomet, IL on Rt.47 & south west of Fisher, IL off of Rt.136, the Hinton farm was on west side of Rt.47 abt 1mile & south of west Rt.136 abt 2miles

Thomas was of Scotch - Irish ancestry, his grandmom was of Dutch ancestry & his wife, Nora was of German ancestry, both sides of her family / I have not figured out his mom's nationality yet.....

NOTE: Thomas built an inside bathroom for his wife, Nora. My mom told me that only Nora used it, Thomas & the 5 boys had to use outhouse. In this bathroom she had a tub, there was a big vessel in attic with pipes down to her tub, the boys had to haul water up to attic & fill the large vessel so thier mom could have warm water in her bath....& she had an inside toilet but it flowed out into the yard.....I found this interesting.....

NOTE: using Mahomet or Fisher as birthplaces is proper for they are both the nearest towns to Newcomb Twp.....
