He was born in Ashland county 48 years ago and came to Mansfield eleven years ago. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad Co. and was a member of the First Lutheran church.
Mr. Harlan is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. William Hall, Rachel and Fannie Harlan, all of this city.
Funeral services will be held at the home by Rev. S. P. Long. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
