Abiah was the daughter of a "Capt. Elliott." She married Joseph Mansur in Danville, VT on October 31, 1799. They had three children there:

1. Warren, b. Jun. 23, 1800; d. Jan. 15, 1885 in Island Pond, VT. Married Jane A. Morse (1807 - 1891) in Morgan, VT in Aug 1825. They had fourteen children
2. William, b. Mar 1802; d. Sep. 20, 1878. Married Hannah Blood (1802 - 1871) in Derby, VT on Mar. 9, 1824. They had eight children
3. Elizabeth ("Betsy" or "Betsey"), b. Mar 1804; d. 24 Feb. 1868; m. Zophar Mack in Morgan, VT on Feb. 7 1822. They had 11 children.

The family removed from Danville to Stanstead, PQ in 1816 and then to Morgan, VT in 1822. [The House of Mansur, p. 31]
