Mrs Mary Knowles Dies - Ill Long Time
Pennington, Nov 01 - funeral arrangements for Mrs Mary Elizabeth Knowles, widow of Enoch Knowles, who died yesterday will be announced later. The Rev JJ Messler, pastor of the local Methodist Church will officiate.
Mrs Knowles had been in failing health for about two years, but her condition was not considered serious until a few weeks ago.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs George Osborne of Long Branch Cal, Miss Alice Knowles of Seattle Wash, both of whom had been previously summoned to their mothers home; Mrs Mae P and Miss Marjorie Knowles; one son the Rev Edwin B Knowles, and three brothers, J Van Dyke, Fred E and Leonard P Blackwell.
Mrs Knowles had resided in this immediate section all her life with the exception of about two years, when she lived in Orange. She was an active member of the local Methodist Church.
Funeral notice gives interment in Pennington Cemetery.
