UPDATE: At Vol. IV, pg. 1, of "Our People and Where They Rest," published by the American Indian Institute circa 1973, they listed a HARLON Laton, being born in 1830 and dying in 1873. The location of the grave is approximately correct, the best I can determine, and the age at date of death is a match. However, the name is still in discrepancy. The "E" of the last name is fairly clear on this marker, at last inspection, so it would appear the name should actually be EATON instead of LATON. This would go along with the fact that there are very few surnames of Laton, but quite a few Eatons. Also, the marker has the first name spelled as "Harlan," instead of Harlon.
They list the plot right next to his (plot 18) as being William LATON, February 12, 1857, 3 months of age. This is possibly a son of Harlan, but again, I think the correct last name is EATON. I noted that there is already a memorial here for William under the last name of Eaton. William's monument lists the father as "Harlan" Eaton, so that is another verification of spelling of the name.
Their information is given here as a historical reference and is presented "as is." Their book, like many such cemetery listing compilations, may contain errors. As with any genealogy information, this is a "source" and should be considered as such. It falls upon the end-user to verify the accuracy.
