Mrs. Leah Edde Arnold Died Suddenly At Home Here Monday Morning --

Mrs. Leah Edde Arnold, 64, died at her home on Ringo Avenue here Monday morning.

She was the wife of Willis F. Arnold and the daughter of Mrs. Nancy Throneberry Edde and the late James Edde. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, conducted by O. B. Lantham, with burial in Riverview Cemetery.

Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Flossie Metcalf of Kingsport, Mrs. Knox Barnes, Mrs. J. W. Fanning, Mrs. Thomas Pirtle, Mrs. Robert Chisam, and Mrs. Reedus Colbert, all of Lincoln County; five sons, Homer Fears, Floyd Fears, Ray Arnold, R. W. Arnold, and Paul Arnold, all of Lincoln County; four brothers, Jim and Carl Edde of Moore County, Ollie Edde of Giles County, and Uriel Edde of Lincoln County; 37 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
