Allie was born in Northport Alabama on Monday October 10, 1887 to the late Mathew and Chanie (Stanley) Pruitt. She was the fifth child of seven children born to that union; three boys and four girls.
At a young age she married Jesse Daniel Prewitt and from this union, they were blessed with six children. Between 1910-1911 Jesse moved his family to Taft Oklahoma where they made their home. 1920 Jesse and Allie separated and later divorced. In 1933 she married her second husband Wilson Sparks in Muskogee Oklahoma. No children born to this union.
Allie had a love for God and her church. She was a faithful member of the Church of God in Muskogee Oklahoma.
Allie, in her 55th year, surrendered her soul on Wednesday October 21, 1942 in Muskogee Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Jesse Daniel Prewitt, son Thomas "Tommie" and two infant daughters.
Allie leaves in God's care; her husband, Wilson Sparks; her sons Al Bert (Audrey) Prewitt and Willie Daniel (Emma) Prewitt and her daughter Jessie (Edd) McClintock. Her brothers; Byrd Pruitt, James Pruitt, John Pruitt; sisters; Zella (Frank) Blackburn, Douthula (Jessie) Neal and Ella (George) Crowe a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and friends.
Funeral services where held on Monday October 26, 1943 with a Christian Committal service at Taft Cemetery.
