Grave site for Agnes of Glasgow, 1760-1780. Agnes followed her British lover to the American shores and came to Camden searching for him. She fell ill and died before finding him. She was buried in the Old Presbyterian Church cemetery in Kershaw County, near Camden. The Revolutionary War Memorial park is located in front of her grave site.

Stone reads, "HERE LIES THE BODY OF AGNES OF GLASGOW". She lived from 1760 to 1780. Agnes followed her British lover to the American shores in Charleston. She learned that he had moved inland and she came to Camden to search for him. This is where she died and was buried in the Old Presbyterian Church cemetery in Kershaw County, near Camden.
