Death of Mrs. Martha A. Jacobs
Mrs. Martha A. Jacobs, one of the oldest residents of Brooklyn, Anne Arundel county, died of a hemorrhage Saturday morning at her home at the age of 69 years. Mrs. Jacobs was born near Westminster, Carroll county, and when 15 years old she moved to Brooklyn, where she lived up to the time of her death. Her maiden name was Martha Manning. She was the widow of Mr. John Jacobs, who died about three years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Maggie A. Acton, of Brooklyn, and one son, Eugene E. Jacobs.
