Mrs. Clark was born June 3, 1925 in Providence, RI and moved to Raleigh eight weeks ago from Vero Beach where she had resided for 24 years.
She had been an avid golfer and enjoyed painting.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Joseph B. Clark of Raleigh; daughter Judith Corey of Raleigh; and her children, James B. (Jennifer) Corey of Concord, NC whose children are Reilly and Regan Corey, and Jennifer (Danny) Kaelin of Raleigh whose children are Jack, Hunter, and Sydney. She also leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Jay and Rose Clark, III of Hemet, CA and their son, Jay Clark.
A graveside inurnment service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Raleigh Memorial Cemetery with a reception to follow.
Arrangements are under direction of Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Vero Beach, Florida.
