Mrs. Allie Parrish, 88, of LaFayette, passed away at her residence, Wednesday, December 26, 1984, after an extended illness.
Mrs. Parrish was born in Chambers County, September 1, 1986 and was retired from West Point Manufacturing Co. She was a member of Huguley Congregational Christian Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Matred P. Hollis and Mrs. Virginia P. Yarbrough, LaFayette; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Sanders Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. with Rev. J.A. Hollis and Rev. George Palmer officiating. Burial was in the LaFayette Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Preston Hollis 9her son-in-law), Lamar Kennedy, Edgar Sargent, J.H. Birchfield, and Harvey Clark.
Sanders Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
