DEATH OF SOLOMON MEYER, 57, THIS MONDAY MORNING
Solomon Meyer, 57, of Sabetha, passed away at the Seneca Hospital. He is survived by his wife, the former Velma Ayers, of the home; and two daughters, Shirley, Mrs. George Heideman, and Charlotte, Mrs. Carlton Haug both of Seneca.
The Popkess Mortuary, Sabetha, is in charge of arrangements.

SERVICES THIS MORNING
The funeral service for Solomon Meyer, Sabetha was held this morning, Thursday, at 10:30 at the Popkess Chapel, Sabetha. Mr. Meyer was 57m passed away Monday morning at the Seneca Hospital.

SOLOMON H. MEYER
Solomon H. Meyer, 57, passed away Monday morning, December 9, 1963, at the Seneca Hospital. He was the son of Conrad and Rosena Meyer, and was born January 1, 1906, at the farm home near Bern. He was a very devoted husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, the former Velma Aylers; two daughters, (Shirley), Mrs. Leo Heideman, and (Charlotte) Mrs. Carlton Haug, Seneca; 5 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Henry and Emery of Oneida and Roy of near Bern; 3 sisters, Sophia McClanahan, of Midwest City, Okla. and Misses Sarah and Amanda of near Bern. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; 2 brothers, Fred and Conrad, Jr.; and 2 sisters, Elizabeth who was Mrs. John Minger and Marie, who was Mrs. Ezra Hohulin.
Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held at the Popkess Chapel, Thursday morning, December 12, conducted by Rev. Glenn Fruth, pastor of the Rock Creek Church.
Interment was in the Albany Cemetery north of Sabetha.
