Services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Treblo Church of God for Mrs. William B. Cook, 62, Kenvir, who died Friday in Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital after a long illness.
Burial will be in Evarts Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Henry Long and the Rev. Charles Treblo officiating.
In addition to her husband she is survived by five children, James, Clarence and Mildred Lane, Kenvir; Betty Smith and Lorene Middleton, Cincinnati.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren; three brothers, Will Napier, Kenvir; Jim of Verda; Green of Cawood; and four sisters, Delores Hardway and Nannie Hensley, Smith; Cora Goss, Tennessee, and Martha Napier, Red Bud.
The family will receive friends in the chapel of Evarts Funeral Home Saturday from 7 until 9 p.m. The body will be taken to the church Sunday and remain until the funeral hour.
Evarts Funeral Home is in charge.
