MRS ANNIE CLOTE.
Edina, Mo., Dec. 1.—Word was received here yesterday of death of Mrs. Annie Clote, 72, in St. John's hospital at Springfield, Ill., Monday night. Mrs. Clote had been in ill health for two years. She is survived by her husband, H. F. Clote of Edina, who had been at the bedside for the past two weeks; two daughters, Mrs. W. E. Murphy of Hannibal and Mrs. F. J. Kelly of Springfield, and a son, D. T. Clote of Edina. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning in St. Joseph's Catholic church at Edina, conducted by the Rev. Terrence Mullins.

End Came to Edina Woman Monday While in Springfield, Ill. Visiting Daughter, Mrs. P. J. Kelly.

Mrs. H. F. Clote of Edina died at 11:45 o'clock Monday night at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Ill., where she and Mr. Clote had gone two weeks before to spend the winter with their daughter, Mrs. P. J. Kelly. Heart disease was the cause of her death. She was 72 years old.
Besides the daughter and the husband and father at her home, there survives another daughter, Lyle, Mrs. W. E. Murphy of Hannibal, Mo., and a son, Delbert T. Clote, of Edina. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. C. J. DeCoursey, Ft. Madison, la., and three brothers, Clem, Clyde and Harve Blessington, of Jennings, La. Another sister, Mrs. George Dailing, of north of Edina died about a year ago. There are six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 9 o'cldck this morning from St. Joseph Church by the Rev. Terence Mullins, and burial was in the new cemetery of the Church.
Mrs. Clote was Miss Anna Elizabeth Blessington. She was born in Illinois Oct. 1 [sic], 1865, came to this county in her childhood, and was married to Henry F. Clote in April, 1883, at St. Joseph Church by the late Rev. John Fitzgerald.
Mr. and Mrs. Clote lived on their farm near Edina until twenty-two years ago when they moved to Edina.
