Enid L. Wilson, 97, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, died at Cedar Valley Hospice Home on Saturday, October 5, 2013 of natural causes.

Enid was born June 19, 1916 in Union County, rural Lorimor, Iowa, daughter of Ernest and Grace Cook Cornelison.

She married Ronald G. Geisler October 23, 1937 in Missouri; he died July 19, 1964. She later married Ralph "Red" H. Wilson November 8, 1968 in Cedar Falls; he died February 27, 1999.

She graduated from East Waterloo High School in 1933. She retired as Executive Secretary in 1981 after 25 years at the Waterloo Community Schools Administration Building. Enid was a member of Orchard Hill Church. With "Care and Connect," she went on three mission trips to Michigan's Camp Geneva. She and her husband Ralph were members of Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa following his son's accident.

Enid enjoyed fishing at their place in Northern Wisconsin; playing bridge, reading, crocheting, swimming and golfing. Enid was an avid fan of the Hawkeyes. She also taught swimming lessons many years ago at the swimming spot on the Cedar River.

She is survived by her daughter Barbara J. (Dave) Kepple of Waterloo; daughter Judith (Jerry) Stealy of Cedar Falls; son Ronald (Michalle) Geisler of Waterloo; 6 grandchildren: Michael (Stacy) Grapp, Marty (Paula) Grapp, Todd (Shelli) Grapp, Gregory (Lisa) Geisler, Dan (Sue) Geisler, and David (Sara) Stealy; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and brother Leonard Cornelison of Pueblo, Colorado.

Enid was preceded in death by her stepson Michael Wilson, grandson Jeff Stealy, and sisters Leah Larrabee and Vera Mullins.
