Charles E. Arden, a well-known resident of this city, died yesterday at the family home, 250 East Tenth street, following a month's illness. Deceased was born in Scriba and was 49 years of age. He had resided in this city nearly all his life. He was a member of the local lodge of Macabees. Besides his mother, one daughter, Miss Lillian Arden; a sister, Mrs. F. W. Rowland, of this city, survive; also a brother, Frank Arden, of Utica.
